Our story

Started with one grinder and a stubborn love of oats.

Ember & Oat began as a weekend cart outside the old market hall. Today it is a roastery, bakery and living room for the neighbourhood, but the idea is the same: good beans, honest food and people who remember your order.

We buy directly from three partner farms, roast twice a week on site and bake everything in-house from 6am. Oat milk is never an upcharge.
